⚠️ Product End of Life (EOL)

Hosting Speed — End of Life Product Policy Statement

Important: EOL plans no longer have service guarantees including maintenance, updates, security patches and technical support. We strongly recommend transitioning to a current plan immediately.

Product End of Life Definition

Any plan or server with a name beginning with "EOL" is classified as an End of Life product. A Product End of Life (EOL) indicates that a product has been retired by Hosting Speed due to one or more of the following reasons:

  • The software vendor has discontinued technical support;
  • The hardware or technology is outdated and cannot maintain reasonable security and performance standards;
  • The underlying platform or system has reached its end of life.

Once a product reaches EOL status, all of the following service guarantees are terminated immediately:

  • Maintenance
  • Updates
  • Security Patches
  • Backups
  • Technical Support

Important Notice

EOL services are provided on an "as-is" basis and may be discontinued at any time, without prior warning or notice. This means that Hosting Speed cannot guarantee the continued availability, functionality, or security of any EOL service. Customers using EOL plans should be aware that their data may be at risk, and that the service could cease to operate without further communication.

Replenishment and Transition

Hosting Speed does not offer replenishment, upgrades, or replacement of EOL products. Customers currently using EOL plans are encouraged to transition to an alternative service plan that remains actively supported, receives regular updates, and includes full security and maintenance provisions. Hosting Speed will assist customers in exploring available upgrade or migration options based on their needs, but it is the customer's responsibility to ensure data is backed up and to manage the transition process before the EOL service becomes unsupported.

Warning

To avoid unexpected disruptions and potential data loss, we strongly advise all customers currently on an EOL plan to immediately transition to an alternative service plan that continues to receive full support and updates from Hosting Speed. Please note that Hosting Speed will not be responsible for any data loss, service interruption, security vulnerabilities, or other issues arising from the continued use of an EOL service. By remaining on an EOL plan, customers accept all associated risks and liabilities.
